Risotto

Risotto is a creamy Italian dish that tastes a lot like the rice version of mac and cheese. This dish will cook to perfection in your Pressure Cooker with no stirring required.

Instruction

Melt the butter using Sauté mode. Finely chop the onion. Add onion and cook for 5 minutes until soft.

Mince the garlic then add garlic and thyme and cook for 1 minute or more until fragrant.

Add rice and stir for 2 minutes until it is toasted.

Deglaze the pot with wine. Cook until most of the wine is absorbed, then turn Sauté function off.

Add warm broth to the Pressure Cooker. Set to Manual mode, high pressure and set the time for 5 minutes.

Turn the valve to Venting mode and let the pressure release. Remove the lid and stir in Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper. Enjoy your dish!
