Gently spiced plum cake welcomes the summer into fall season. Serve it as a dessert with ice cream or whipped cream or as a brunch cake with a cup of tea.

Take out all your ingredients.

Freeze the butter. Preheat the oven to 355°F|180°C. Remove the stone of the plums and cut into quarters.

Add flour, frozen butter and icing sugar to the mixing bowl. {scale} Knead the dough.
