Place the peanuts into the mixing bowl and cook for 4 minutes using the Sauté button. 2
Add salt and sugar and blend for 8 seconds / speed 4. 3
Remove the measuring cup, drizzle the oil on top of the lid and blend the peanut butter until smooth for 1 minute / speed 4. 4
Transfer into a jar and store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
