This Indian inspired treat makes a healthy breakfast especially for mango lovers. All you need is just a handful of ingredients.

Peel the mango and remove the flesh from the stone. Add mango, yoghurt, and lemon juice to mixing bowl and blend for 15 seconds / speed 8.

Add cold water or cold milk and blend for 30 seconds / speed 8. Sweeten to taste with honey or sugar.
