Spicy and refreshing frozen margaritas for a crowd.
Cut cucumbers into cubes and freeze for 4 hours, or until solid.
Cut limes in half and squeeze juice into the mixing bowl. Use spent lime halves to rim serving glasses and coat with coarse salt. Set aside.
Add frozen cucumbers and sugar to the mixing bowl with lime juice and blend cucumbers for 30 seconds / speed 6.
Cut jalapeño pepper in half and remove seeds. Add jalapeño pepper and cilantro to the mixing bowl and blend for 10 seconds / speed 4.
Add tequila and triple sec to the mixing bowl and blend for 10 seconds / speed 4.
Pour into prepared serving glasses.

Tips & Tricks
Garnish with fresh jalapeño pepper and cilantro for an added kick.
If you don’t have time to freeze the cucumber, just add ice cubes to the mixing bowl until desired consistency is reached.
