Crunchy Quinoa Banana Chip Muesli

Instruction

Preheat your oven on Manual mode to 155 °C / 300 °F and line a baking tray with baking paper.

Add coconut oil and honey into a sauce pan then melt for 2 minutes on a low heat.

Place the oats, quinoa, almonds, coconut, banana chips and pecans into mixing bowl.

Add the melted coconut oil with the honey into the bowl.

Lastly chop the mango and mix into the bowl with the mixed berries.

Place on the baking tray and bake in the oven for 20 minutes, turning every 5 minutes to go golden brown evenly.

Allow to cool and store in an airtight container. Enjoy your dish!
