Preheat your oven on Manual mode to 155 °C / 300 °F and line a baking tray with baking paper. 2
Add coconut oil and honey into a sauce pan then melt for 2 minutes on a low heat. 3
Place the oats, quinoa, almonds, coconut, banana chips and pecans into mixing bowl. 4
Add the melted coconut oil with the honey into the bowl. 5
Lastly chop the mango and mix into the bowl with the mixed berries. 6
Place on the baking tray and bake in the oven for 20 minutes, turning every 5 minutes to go golden brown evenly. 7
Allow to cool and store in an airtight container.
