Cauliflower Pizza Crust

Preheat your oven on the Pizza setting at 220 °C / 425 °F.

To make a gluten free pizza base, wash and pick the cauliflower then process until like breadcrumbs. Steam the cauliflower for 10 minutes then pass through a sieve to drain all the water out.

Let the cauliflower cool down before adding the egg and flour, lastly season with salt. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spread the mix until about 1.5 cm. / 0.6-inch thick.

Cook for around 15 minutes on the bottom self until slightly set and golden. After that top as desired using a tomato base and cheese then return to the oven to cook for a further 10 minutes until the cheese is golden brown. Enjoy your dish!
