Remove your dough from the freezer and allow it to defrost for one hour at room temperature.
Roll the dough thinly so it covers the entire oven tray.
Drizzle a little oil on the roasting tray and place the dough on top. 3
For the base, cook hot sauce, marinara sauce together in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally for about 10 minutes until thickened. 4
Chop up your chicken into bite size pieces and toss in the sauce base. 5
Build your pizza by spreading the sauce base over entire surface of dough.
Top with mozzarella and the chopped chicken. 6
Place your pizza on the bottom rack of the oven to crisp the base for 10 minutes before moving it to the top rack to ensure the top is lovely and golden for around another 10 minutes. 7
Make the blue cheese dressing by whisking together the yogurt and cheese till smooth.
If its too thick that you cannot drizzle it add some milk or water to it to loosen. 8
Garnish with the slice’s celery and the blue cheese sauce.
Enjoy your dish!
