The best dairy free and lactose free alternative made with goodness of almonds. Add to your coffee or pour over cereals to enjoy the tempting flavors.

Instruction

Place a medium bowl on top of the mixing bowl and weigh almonds into it.

Cover almonds with 1 liter (35 ounces) of water and soak for 12 hours.

Use the simmering basket to drain the almonds, then add to the mixing bowl along with 1 liter (35 ounces) of lukewarm water.

Blend the almonds for 1 minute / speed 10.

Line a fine-mesh sieve with four layers of cheesecloth and set the sieve over a medium bowl.

Pour the almond mixture through the sieve, pressing on the solids with the spatula to extract as much liquid as possible.

Refrigerate until needed.
