OVERVIEW

These insulation balls serve as an ideal lid replacement with sous vide cooking as they minimize water evaporation during the cooking process. Once your pan is filled with water, attach the sous-vide stick to the pan and immerse the vacuum-sealed bag of
food with the insulation balls.

TEAM CUISINE’s insulation balls prevent damage to the sous vide stick, minimize energy use, and maintain heat for a perfect and consistent cooking temperature. Their small size (20mm/>1in) and dense material (1.3g/.05oz) ensure optimal fit for most pans. When cooking is complete, simply rinse the insulation balls and allow to dry before storing in their pouch. Reusable 250 pieces, food safe, and BPA-free.
